Here's another "new" rosary--this one a vintage square-cut crystal and sterling silver creation. All the beads are original and show almost no wear. The pater beads are capped in sterling silver and the chain and eye pins are also of sterling. Both the 1 3/4 inch engraved crucifix and sacred heart center are original and gorgeous. Both are marked "sterling" on the back. The rosary measures 21 1/2 inches. It is my opinion that, in addition to providing better value, these vintage sterling parts add a specialness to a rosary, and if a vintage rosary can be restored to its original beauty, it's even more meaningful because it has a history.
