I love heart-sshaped stones! Not the easiest to wrap, but they are so attractive dangling at an angle. This stone appealed to me because of the pretty brown and green patterning. (It is actually a bead, the array of curls hiding the bead hole.) It has a nice polish and a slightly domed top. I've border-wrapped it in 21 gauge sterling wire and added a curly topper.
