What could be prettier than a teardrop designer-cut amethyst. This one shows both lilac and white with lots of crystalline inclusions and was cut by a friend in my lapidary club. I've border-wrapped it in sterling silver and given it a topper of filigree swirls flanking 3mm silver balls. Treat someone special to this one-of-a-kind gift or buy it for yourself. The pendant measures 2" from top of bail and is 1" wide. Note: Amethyst is a crystalline quartz occurring in shades of purple, lilac or mauve.
