Mookaite comes in many colors, mostly red to wine and golden yellow. These dainty ovals are a rich mahogany with lighter red streaks and translucent white. Polished to a high luster, they are very showy! I've wraapped them with 24 ga. sterling silver wire and finished them with a single sweep of wire across the top and little "claws." These, and all my earrings are entirely crafted using sterling silver or gold-filled findings. They'll make a nice gift or an interesting addition to your own collection. Enjoy!
